Borsato - Co-Founder & President  After
playing professional hockey for fourteen years, four of them in
the NHL with the Winnipeg Jets and seven in Europe, Luciano knew
the time had come to fall back on his marketing degree. His experience
in negotiating contracts, acting as liaison in player-management
dealings and developing into a positive role model for his younger
teammates has helped prepare him to enter a whole new world. By
keeping in touch with Lorenzo through the years, it wasn’t
long before a unique opportunity to share in his vision developed
into something challenging and rewarding at the same time.

After
a ten year career in education, Lorenzo's entrepreneurial spirit drove
him to start his own business. Combining his knowledge of teaching
with a newfound interest in the World Wide Web, Lorenzo launched The
Educators Network Inc in 1999, providing an extensive directory of
online resources for teachers. The site developed into a global enterprise
with over 200,000 members in 150 countries around the world. This
success led to the development of a local online resource, and the
vision for brampton.com was born; a site dedicated to promoting the
City of Brampton, local issues & local businesses.
